Glorious Greens Pear Smoothie – Smoothie blend of my favorite: spinach greens, fresh pear, banana and almond milk for an easy gluten free drink for breakfast, afternoon snack or on the go.
You know what time of the year it is. Time for getting that diet back in order. At least that’s what happens in this house. Goodbye, sweets galore and overloaded holiday plates. Hello, green vegetables and healthy treats.

I just made this glorious greens pear smoothie again recently and am incredibly impressed. Seriously, I can’t tell for the life of me that there are actual greens in here. It’s amazing! And the hint of pear and vanilla combo is just phenomenal.
So that’s exciting. Because like many of you, I occasionally get sick of eating ‘greens’ by week 3 of January. I don’t want to look at spinach or kale or leafy greens for at least a week. So, this solves that dilemma. I can’t taste it at all but I still get all the amazing nutrition that I need to keep my body going strong.
Pour this deliciousness into a glass and just stare at it.
There she is. In all her beautiful ways. Sip. Slurp. Enjoy!
Til we meet and eat again,

Could I substitute coconut milk for the almond milk?
Melanie says
Refrigerated coconut milk should be easily substituted for the almond milk. However, if you are referring to canned coconut milk, that is much thicker. In that instance you’d probably have to add additional liquid such as water. Enjoy!
Have a blessed and happy new year Cheryl!
