Pineapple Coconut Smoothie – Fresh and tasty mix of pineapple, coconut milk and yogurt. So simple. Perfect as breakfast or an energizing afternoon snack.
About 3 years ago I took dive into smoothies. I’d never really enjoyed them before but I decided to go gung-ho and try several. Sure enough I found a few that I love. One of my favorites of all time is this Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie. It’s so deliciously amazing! One of my other favs is this Caribbean Smoothie. Full of berries and flavor. Yum!
So I have a small collection of smoothies on the blog now and it will continue to grow as my love for them does. You can never run out of smoothie options, right? I don’t think so anyway. The possibilities are limitless!
My kick off to January has been healthier breakfasts. My breakfasts choices aren’t terrible at this point but there is room for improvement especially on few days here and there that I decide to skip it all together and we all know that it’s not good to skip breakfast. So I’m working on that habit. And smoothies are the way to kick it to the curb.
This simple pineapple coconut smoothie
Easy. Mix up in minutes in less than 5 minutes.
Healthy. Full of fruits and proteins.
Delicious. Who can resist the pineapple and coconut combination?

My wife is OBSESSED with pineapple. Anytime I try to make anything with it, I have to be extra careful for her fingers flying on the cutting board to try to snag a piece. I need to make this for her #husbandoftheyear!
