It only takes about 20 minutes to prepare this delicious loaf. Add some butter, olive oil, herbs and cheese and you’re good to go!
I’m pretty sure you’ll love the simple taste and easy prep. I know I did! And my kids devoured it and asked for more.
We made this recently with a few others dishes for a sunny summer Saturday evening. Dinner winded down, we cleaned and found ourselves around the fire pit grilling s’mores. All the sudden I quickly headed back to the grill. I had left the grilled garlic bread on the top rack to keep warm (with the grill turned off). And we completely forgot about it! Fortunately, it was still perfect to eat.
I was so bummed that we missed eating it with dinner. But that didn’t bother my kids. They ate with their s’mores.
So here’s proof that it’s really good with any meal, anytime. 😊
Have a great week! Hope it’s filled with good food and your favorite people around the table.
Til we meet and eat again,

I saw the video on Lisa’s Facebook page. How do you do the herbs with the fork? Looks easier than anything I’ve ever tried.
I use herb scissors and they make it so much easier! I’ve only had them for a few months but I wish I bought them a long time ago! Here’s the pair I purchased from Amazon (affiliate) http://amzn.to/2gUOlV7
I have those scissors – good thing as they are unavailable on Amazon. I find they not so good if just using a couple sprigs.
Sorry for being a bit picky here, but you don’t state when to put the butter-garlic mixture on the bread.
This is a recipe and really should not omit any steps.
The way it is written right now, the butter-garlic mix would stay in the bowl 🙂
Sorry about that Jeff!
