Pumpkin Pie Cream Cheese Dip – Simple dip made with cream cheese and pumpkin. Only 5 ingredients and spices. Whip quick pair with graham crackers apples pretzels for a perfect fall snack.
Oh for the love of pumpkin. I do love pumpkin. This falls perfectly into the category of both appetizer and dessert.
I can’t decide where it suits best. If you decide to make it you’ll have to figure that out for yourself. It’s wonderfully light and airy. Paired with apples, graham crackers, pretzels or marshmallows it steals the show.
I have to confess I’m a summer girl through and through. Flip flops, bare feet, tank tops, green grass. Cold iced tea and watermelon. Beach fun. Warm breezes. Thunderstorms. I love it. But it’s gone. Gone for the year.
But I have to tell you. I have really been enjoying fall here in Pennsylvania. It’s been absolutely beautiful. Haven’t had to turn the heat on yet. Woot! Woot!
My goal is always to make it do October 15th without heat. Now I’m pushing for November 1st. I probably won’t make that goal though. It looks like there are going to be plenty of nights here in the 40s now. I’ll probably wake up to a kitchen of 60 tomorrow. But we shall see.
In the meantime. I’ve been enjoying the last bit from my garden. Tomatoes and peppers. I’ve been enjoying lots of things apple, pumpkin and squash. I’ve been enjoying the gorgeous changing of the leaves. The normalcy of a schedule. Well, it’s probably as normal as it’s gonna get anyway.
So this summer gal is embracing fall in a whole new way. And trying to enjoy it as much as possible.
Thanks for stopping by.
Love and blessings,
Melanie

This dip looks amazing! Easy and not a lot of ingredients…awesome. I’ll admit Fall is my favorite time of year but I definitely don’t like the cold weather here in CT.
