Sparkling Apple Cider – An easy homemade mix of apple juice concentrate and sparkling water for a no-fuss pretty drink to serve guests this fall season. Simple and sweet.
Are you happy that fall is officially here? I have mixed feelings. The weather here in Pennsylvania is a bit confused about the new season. Back on Labor day weekend, we had chills and I was wearing jeans and a sweater. Now it’s 3 weeks later and our high temp was 87. Very unusual.
Time to chill and unwind? I’ve got the perfect sip for you. So easy. Great for kids and adults.

This non-alcoholic beverage will usher you right into fall and it’s beautiful leaves and crisp breezes. This is perfect for weekend gatherings or sharing sips on the front porch.
Made with just 3 ingredients, it’s meant to get something tasty and pretty on the table in just minutes.
Here’s how to do it. Ready for it? Pour frozen apple juice concentrate into a half gallon pitcher, add 1 liter of sparkling water. I used plain but feel free to pick vanilla or another variety if you want to mix in some extra flavor? Add at least 3 cups of ice.
Garnish with some cinnamon sticks and fresh apple slices. I let the cinnamon sticks in overnight in the fridge.
Oh, my goodness. It added so much flavor. Awesome! I highly recommend the cinnamon sticks for garnish AND flavor. Enjoy your sips and share with those you love.
