Chef's Salad

  • 3 romaine hearts torn or cut into bite-sized pieces
  • 1 cucumber peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced into ¼” piece
  • 1- pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 8 oz. deli ham approximately ¼” thick, julienned
  • 8 oz. deli turkey approximately ¼” thick, julienned
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese approximately ¼” thick, julienned
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs peeled and quartered
  • Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing


  • Use a large salad bowl to layer romaine. Arrange with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, cucumber, tomato and hard-boiled eggs.
  • Serve on individual plates with Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
