Pumpkin Chai Latte

  • 1 cup prepared sweetened chai tea concentrate (Oregon Chai or Tazo)
  • 1 cup milk regular or almond
  • 1/4 cup real pumpkin puree
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1/4 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1/8 teaspoon allspice (optional)
  • whipped cream optional


  • Add chai concentrate, milk, pumpkin puree, and vanilla to a saucepan over medium heat. Whisk and bring it to a simmer over medium heat. Add cinnamon and allspice.
  • Pour the latte into mugs. Serve with whipped cream and sprinkle with additional cinnamon. Serve immediately.
