Purple Power Up Smoothie

  • 1/4 cup yogurt plain or vanilla
  • 1/4 cup milk soy, almond,coconut or regular
  • 1/2 small banana frozen
  • 1/2 cup mixed purple fruits grapes, blueberries, blackberries
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • ice


  • Place ingredients in blender in the order listed. If you are using frozen fruits you'll need more ice. If using fresh fruits less ice. I always start with a handful (about 4 cubes) and then add more if necessary. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
