coconut oil

organic sugar

canned pumpkin

white whole wheat flour

all-purpose flour

baking soda

teaspoon
cinnamon

teaspoon
allspice

salt

water
For Glaze
2/3
cup
powdered sugar

Tbsp
real maple syrup

Tbsp
softened unsalted butter or coconut oil
softened

cinnamon

milk
if needed
Instructions
For Bread:
Preheat oven to 350. Grease 2 loaf pans.
Beat together the softened coconut oil, organic sugar, and eggs. Add canned pumpkin; mixing well.
Combine dry ingredients together in a small bowl. Add alternately to pumpkin mixture with 2/3 cup water. Pour into prepared pans.
Bake for 1 hour and 15 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
For Glaze:
Combine ingredients in a small bowl. Drizzle glaze over bread. Serve.
