Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Chip Cookies

Ingredients
  

  • 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
  • 1/2 cup dark cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup 2 sticks butter, softened
  • 3/4 cup granulated sugar
  • 3/4 cup packed brown sugar
  • 2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 2 large eggs
  • 10 oz peanut butter chips or 1/2 peanut butter + 1/2 milk chocolate chips

Instructions
 

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
  • In a medium bowl combine flour, dark cocoa powder, salt and baking soda.
  • Beat butter, sugar, brown sugar and vanilla until creamy. Add eggs, one at time. Beat well after each one.
  • Gradually beat in flour mixture. Stir in peanut butter chips.
  • Bake for about 10 minutes or until outside is firm but center seems slightly soft. Cool on baking sheets for several minutes.
  • Remove to rack to cool.
