How to Grill Corn - Grilling corn is an easy BBQ side dish recipe for summer. This corn is grilled to perfection and topped with butter, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil chopped
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt to taste
- pepper to taste
Place the ears of corn into a large container or pot. Cover with water and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
Pull down husks and remove silk. Pull husks back up.
Place corn on the grill rack. Turn every 5-8 minutes. Cook for a total of about 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender.
Remove the husks. Brush with butter, sprinkle with basil and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
