Grilled Corn on the Cob

How to Grill Corn - Grilling corn is an easy BBQ side dish recipe for summer. This corn is grilled to perfection and topped with butter, basil, and Parmesan cheese.

Ingredients
  

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 1/4 cup Fresh basil chopped
  • 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
  • salt to taste
  • pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Place the ears of corn into a large container or pot. Cover with water and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
  • Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
  • Pull down husks and remove silk. Pull husks back up.
  • Place corn on the grill rack. Turn every 5-8 minutes. Cook for a total of about 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender.
  • Remove the husks. Brush with butter, sprinkle with basil and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
