Glorious Greens Pear Smoothie

Smoothie blend of my favorite: spinach greens, fresh pear, banana and almond milk for an easy gluten free drink for breakfast, afternoon snack or on the go.

Servings 1 large smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup of ice
  • 1 cup fresh spinach
  • 1 frozen banana
  • 1 whole pear seeds, and stem removed
  • 2/3 cup almond milk I use vanilla almond milk

Instructions
 

  • Place ingredients in the blender in the order list. Blend for 1 minute. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if necessary.
  • Pour into a glass. Drink and enjoy
