Instructions
Using a
blender
, blend all ingredients together until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a

or jar. Sip and enjoy.
Notes
For soymilk use 1/4 - 1/2 cup depending on how thick you like your smoothies. Everyone has different preferences. Enjoy!
