TOPPING:
1/2cupall-purpose flour
1/3cuppacked brown sugar
1/3cuprolled oats
1teaspoonground cinnamon
1/4cupbuttersoftened
1/4 to 1/2cupcaramel ice cream topping or caramel apple dip
Instructions
Roll pie crust out onto a 12 inch pizza pan; fold under or flute the edges as you would for a pie.
In a medium bowl combine sugar, flour and cinnamon in a bowl. Add apples and toss to coat. Arrange the apples over pie crust in a single layer in a circular pattern.
Topping:
Combine the flour, brown sugar, oats, cinnamon and softened butter until it is coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over apples.
Bake at 350° for 35-40 minutes or until apples are tender. Remove from the oven. Immediately drizzle with caramel topping or dip.
