Nutella Smores Pull Apart Bread. Insanely good pull apart loaf is perfect to share with a crowd. Dough is made with graham cracker and layered and stuffed with Nutella and marshmallows. Sure to be a hit at every party!
I have been waiting so long to present this bread to you! I concocted it over a month ago. I’ve made it several times. And then I’ve just waiting and waiting to bring it to the blog.
I thought you’d be made at me though. I mean after all we’re in full swing of pumpkin and peppermint recipes. So who the heck would want Nutella Smores Pull Apart bread.
Um…this girl! I know. I know. This blog is not all about me. It’s written by me. It’s created by me. But it’s most certainly not all about me. It’s about YOU and ME and our shared love of food. And you know what?
When it gets right down to it I figured maybe you needed a break from everything pumpkin and peppermint. I thought maybe you ready for a breath of fresh air. A swoosh of life. A fresh taste.
Well, here ya go. This fresh taste is brought to you mid November by Carmel Moments. Because sometimes I don’t like being a traditionalist. I like to be different. I’ll save normal, traditional, rather boring for later this week. Deal?
Still love me? *wink*
I really think you will still love me if I can just convince you to make this bread. I think you’ll be sending me lots of love mail after this one. I’ll be waiting for it.
Til we meet and eat again friends,

Nom nom nom!! I want to eat this entire pan! So much goodness going on! 🙂
I’m sorry, I am confused.
What am I supposed to do with the graham cracker? I am under the impression it is supposed to be added to the dough, but I don’t think the recipe says when or how.
Thank you so much for clarifying. I can’t wait to make and eat this.
I’ve updated the directions. Hopefully it’s easy to understand now. Thanks for stopping by and I really hope you get a chance to make it!
I’m going to make this today to bring to my birthday dinner. Unless it is too delicious, then I will leave it at home 😉 I will post again telling you how it turns out!
I hope it turns out well for you! Can’t wait to hear. Happy birthday! I hope there’s plenty there for you Jordyn!
Well it turned out alright, the top got a little dark so u should have covered it with foil sooner than I did, next time I think I will try just melting regular chocolate as I wasn’t as big a fan of the nutella flavor because it overpowered the rest. I also added way to many marshmallows but I put parchment paper in the pan so most of the overflow stayed on the paper. The middle parts were good though so next time I make it I will just tweak a few things because it is a good recipe. In the directions for layering them in the pan did you do it like this ||||| or like this === if that makes sense?
I also should have turned the oven down a little because I used a dark nonstick pan. And possibly lowered the oven rack. Now I’m inspired to try again though! I will master this recipe. The bread part was delicious.
Thanks for all the honest feedback Jordyn! The marshmallows do puff up considerbly which is why I don’t add a lot. Glad the parchment helped out with the mess. Glad you enjoyed it.
If I’m understanding you correctly. I put the stacks in like this: (end)|||||(end)
🙂
Mine didn’t end up looking like that at all 🙁 really sad because he puffed so much that everyting was dripping on the sides and made a mess in my oven … Maybe I did something wrong but I don’t know what … Can somebody help me with that!
