  • 1 lb fresh boneless chicken tenders
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 large whole wheat tortilla wraps
  • 6 large Romaine lettuce leaves
  • 1 Roma tomato (diced)
  • 1/4 cup organic Caesar dressing
  • 1/2 cup Caesar salad croutons

Instructions

  1. In a medium -large skillet cook chicken over medium-high heat until cooked through (about 8-10 minutes). Season with salt and pepper to taste. Once cool, cut into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  2. Cut lettuce leaves into bite-sized pieces. Set aside.
  3. Assemble wraps by layering with lettuce, cooked chicken, diced tomatoes. Drizzle with 1 tablespoon of dressing. Top with a heaping tablespoon of croutons. Wrap up.
  4. Serve immediately and enjoy.
