Description
Smoothie blend of my favorite: spinach greens, fresh pear, banana and almond milk for an easy gluten free drink for breakfast, afternoon snack or on the go.
Ingredients
Units Scale
- 1 cup of ice
- 1 cup fresh spinach
- 1 frozen banana
- 1 whole pear (seeds, and stem removed)
- 2/3 cup almond milk (I use vanilla almond milk)
Instructions
- Place ingredients in the blender in the order list. Blend for 1 minute. Add additional milk 1 tablespoon at a time if necessary.
- Pour into a glass. Drink and enjoy
