- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1/4 cup (2 ounces) plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk of your choice
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Using a blender, blend all ingredients together until smooth, about 1 minute. Pour into a tall glass or jar. Sip and enjoy.
Notes
Feel free to use more milk, depending on how thick you like your smoothies. Everyone has different preferences. Add a tablespoon at a time until it reaches the consistency you like. Enjoy!
