Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 1/4 cup milk (soy, almond, coconut or regular)
  • 1/2 small banana (frozen)
  • 1/2 cup mixed purple fruits (grapes, blueberries, blackberries)
  • 1/4 cup red cabbage
  • ice

Instructions

  1. Place ingredients in blender in the order listed. If you are using frozen fruits you’ll need more ice. If using fresh fruits less ice. I always start with a handful (about 4 cubes) and then add more if necessary. Blend for about 1 minute. Pour into a glass and enjoy!
  • Prep Time: 5 minutes
