What’s Happening Weekend

I must be having major spring fever. All I can think about is running in the 50 temps,  gardening and a clean car that isn’t covered with ice melt or snow.

Can’t wait to plant lots more herbs this year. Last year was my first year planting herbs and it enjoyed it so much. Time to try some new ones. I thought this was such a cool idea by Ginger Snap Crafts for going vertically and saving space.

I’m not Catholic but I love the idea of giving up something for Lent. The purpose to focus your mind on the life and death of Jesus Christ. To prepare our heart for what he did for us, the ultimate sacrifice. Instead of giving something up, take something on. I love this simple concept by Karen Ehman

What’s life without a little humor, right? Sometimes I just go on Pinterest when I’m feeling blue. I then type in the word funny. Usually I’m laughing within the minute. Here are some of my favorites this week. 🙂

I just started a new bible study that I’m really excited about. I’m looking forward to digging deep in God’s word while getting to hang out with some great women. If you’ve never done a study by Beth Moore I highly recommend it. She will challenge you to new heights and depths in the bible. You will come out changed for sure. This study also features Kay Arthur and Priscilla Shirer.
