White Bean Dip with Bacon

Ingredients

  • 1 15.5 oz can cannellini beans
  • 2 Tablespoons avocado oil (or olive oil)
  • 1 small clove garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 teaspoon thyme (crushed)
  • 1/4 teaspoon rosemary (crushed)
  • 1/8 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 3 slices bacon (cooked and crumbled)

Instructions

  1. Rinse and drain beans.
  2. Process in food processor until fairly smooth.
  3. While pulsing add through oil through chute. Continue to process until smooth. Add garlic, thyme, rosemary, salt. Stir in bacon just before serving.
  4. Serve with pita chips, crackers, veggies, etc.
