Ham and Swiss Baked Omelet

Servings: 6 -8 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups diced ham
  • 1/4 cup sliced green onions
  • 1 cup 4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
  • 9 eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground pepper

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 325. Layer ham, green onions and cheese in a greased 9 inch square baking dish. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper.
  • Pour over the ham and cheese.
  • Bake for 50-55 minutes,or until the eggs are set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
