Ham and Swiss Baked Omelet
sliced green onions
4 oz shredded Swiss cheese
Preheat oven to 325. Layer ham, green onions and cheese in a greased 9 inch square baking dish. In a bowl, beat together eggs, milk, sour cream and pepper.
Pour over the ham and cheese.
Bake for 50-55 minutes,or until the eggs are set and a knife inserted in the center comes out clean. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving.
