Ingredients

  • 3 romaine hearts (torn or cut into bite-sized pieces)
  • 1 cucumber (peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced into 1/4” piece)
  • 1- pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut in half
  • 8 oz. deli ham (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
  • 8 oz. deli turkey (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
  • 8 oz. Swiss cheese (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and quartered)
  • Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing

Instructions

  1. Use a large salad bowl to layer romaine. Arrange with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, cucumber, tomato and hard-boiled eggs.
