Chef’s Salad
- Yield: 4 1x
Ingredients
- 3 romaine hearts (torn or cut into bite-sized pieces)
- 1 cucumber (peeled, halved lengthwise, seeded, and sliced into 1/4” piece)
- 1- pint grape tomatoes or cherry tomatoes cut in half
- 8 oz. deli ham (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
- 8 oz. deli turkey (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
- 8 oz. Swiss cheese (approximately 1/4” thick, julienned)
- 4 hard-boiled eggs (peeled and quartered)
- Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Use a large salad bowl to layer romaine. Arrange with ham, turkey, Swiss cheese, cucumber, tomato and hard-boiled eggs.
- Serve on individual plates with Litehouse Homestyle Ranch Dressing
