Ingredients

  • 1 handful of ice
  • 1/2 cup milk (soy, almond or regular)
  • 1 large or 2 small frozen bananas
  • 3 tablespoons oats
  • 1 Tablespoon peanut butter or any nut butter
  • 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • fresh blueberries (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients except blueberries in a blender in the order listed. Blend until smooth. Pour in glass and garnish with fresh blueberries
