How to Grill Corn – Grilling corn is an easy BBQ side dish recipe for summer. This corn is grilled to perfection and topped with butter, basil, and Parmesan cheese.
Ingredients

- 4 ears of corn
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 1/4 cup Fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
Instructions
- Place the ears of corn into a large container or pot. Cover with water and let soak for at least 10 minutes.
- Preheat an outdoor grill for medium heat.
- Pull down husks and remove silk. Pull husks back up.
- Place corn on the grill rack. Turn every 5-8 minutes. Cook for a total of about 15-20 minutes or until corn is tender.
- Remove the husks. Brush with butter, sprinkle with basil and Parmesan. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
