- 4 ears of corn
- 2 Tbsp butter
- 1 Tbsp fresh basil (chopped)
- 1/2 lemon (juiced)
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese (finely shredded)
- salt
- pepper
Instructions
- Pull down husks and remove silk from corn. Replace husks. Soak for 15 minutes in water.
- In a small bowl melt butter. Add basil, lemon juice and Parmesan cheese.
- Pull down husks and with a pastry brush, brush butter mixture over corn kernels. Replace husks again.
- Grill over medium heat for about 15 minutes turning every 5 minutes.
- Serve hot with salt and pepper, if desired.
