Isn’t it gorgeous? Mango has a unique taste I feel and I really like it with this smoothie and this quinoa and chicken salad and now I’m excited to bring it back to you again in another delicious way.

Mango Raspberry Smoothie
- 1 cup frozen mango chunks
- 1 cup frozen raspberries
- 1/2 cup coconut milk (or milk of your choice)
- 1/4 cup orange juice
- 1/8 teaspoon vanilla extract
- In a blender combine all the ingredients. Blend until smoothie and creamy, about 1 minute. Serve in a large glass and enjoy.
