This has been one of my most favorite things to photograph so far. It just looked so beautiful with fresh greens and cranberries. So festive. So cold. So refreshing.
I have to admit it was a ton of fun. I’ve come to find out why I love food photography so much. The objects don’t move unless you move them yourself. Totally different from trying to capture your kids Christmas picture. They are worlds apart in ease.
I know it’s probably because I’m their mother but boy it does it use every bit of my patience. Last time it ended with. “All right. That’s it! We’re done. Get in the car. NOW!”
Remember how I told you that I’m the best mother ever? Yeah, right! I did manage to get some good pictures but not without a lot of. “Stop looking at your brother.” “Don’t touch her.” “Please! For the love of all this good will you just look at me.”

Thank goodness the Christmas card is complete. Photographed. Printed. In the envelopes. Addressed. Hopefully going out in today’s mail. Yay! I got something accomplished.
Now I can reward myself with this refreshing drink. I’d love to make one for you too. Merry Berry Christmas to you!

What a gorgeous looking beverage! And it looks so tasty as well, I love it 😀
Thanks Consuleo! It does look so pretty in a glass.
What a pretty smoothie! And I definitely agree with you- taking pictures of kids is so extremely difficult! With my 4 year old, 2 1/2 year old and 4 month old, I usually take hundreds just so I can get one or two that are decent!
Thanks for sharing at Saturday Dishes! We hope you’ll continue linking up as we take over the party!
Thanks Jamie!
