  • 2 cups frozen whipped topping (defrosted)
  • 4 ounces cream cheese (softened)
  • 1/2 cup crushed pineapple
  • 1/3 cup sweetened coconut flakes (or unsweetened)
  • cherries (for garnish)
  • fresh fruit for dipping

Instructions

  1. In a medium bowl whisk together the whipped topping and cream cheese. Stir in crushed pineapple and coconut flakes. Mix until fully combined.
  2. Top with a cherry. Serve with fresh fruit.
  3. If preparing for later, cover and refrigerate. Allow it to sit out for 10-15 minutes before serving to take off the chill. Enjoy!
