Vanilla Coconut Latte – Brewed with fresh coffee add a splash of cococonut
I love to flavor my coffee. Vanilla has been my go-to since I started drinking coffee which was about 3 years ago. Vanilla is the real reason I feel in love with coffee in the first place.
There is a story behind it.
A long long time again in the life of Melanie Kathryn was a woman an ordinary but sad woman who wished she loved coffee. She loved the smell. She loved the ambiance of drinking it with friends but she didn’t love the taste. Then that sweet sad woman bought her hubby some new coffees and dared to try these ‘adventurous’ flavors. And when she did her life began to change. Birds began singing. Skies seemed bluer. Coffee actually tasted OK and it was all because vanilla was involved. Then suddenly it tasted really dang good. And she’s been a vanilla coffee addict ever since.
End of amazing story.
So why not share an amazing vanilla recipe with you. I’m so proud to partner with Tate+Lyle® Gourmet Beverage Syrups. These syrups are artfully blend 100% pure cane sugar and true vanilla, caramel, or hazelnut flavor. It’s easy to create your favorite café-style coffee beverage at home anytime by infusing coffees, teas and more hot beverage creations with the velvety smooth taste and sweet aroma that you love.
I truly enjoy going out and having a drink from the local coffee shop. But friends, doesn’t that money add up quickly!? At $5 a drink we’re throwing money all over the place. And that it one of the main reasons I thoroughly enjoy making myself a drink right in my own kitchen. With ingredients and a recipe in hand it’s 5 minutes and less than a $1 to have a gourmet style coffee drink ready to drink. Now that’s something to cheer for. 🙂

Haha – yes I gotta agree – my first sip of coffee in the morning conjures up singing birds and bluer skies! Now if I had flavored creamer in it – why that would make the singing birds singing peacocks and rainbow filled blue skies 🙂
