Watermelon Sorbet – Fresh fruit, perfect for summer dessert. Made simply with watermelon, sugar and a hint of lime for a refreshing summer treat.
I’m the kind of shopper who can be totally guilty of buying something just because it’s cheap. Not all things. But yes, some things.
I couldn’t resist decent sized watermelons – $1.49. Oh yeah, grabbed a couple. Ran into a friend there and she grabbed a couple too.
Um, let’s see now. What can I do with all this watermelon? She mentioned freezing it. I told her I had done so before and made sorbet.
So I promised my friend she would see watermelon sorbet on the blog. So, here it is. Love you, friend!
Such a simple frozen dessert. Few calories. Low fuss. Easy weeknight dessert. Also perfect for company.
Summer love and blessings sent your way!
Til we meet and eat again,
