A kid favorite for sure. I’ve loved this own since childhood. My favorite part about English Muffin pizza is the light airy holes. Making this pizza seem soft and perfect.
Naan or Pita Bread Pizza – Bake at 350 for 5-7 minutes.

Here is an amazing chicken and mozzarella version.
This pizza is soft and has that wonderful stone fired taste from the Naan bread so it seems the most flavorful of the bunch.
French Bread Pizza – Bake at 375 for 6-8 minutes.
French Bread Pizza can be made with either Italian Bread or French Bread. French bread is the crispest of the bunch. Those edges get browned and golden. If you like a crisper pizza this one is for you. Here’s a perfect summer version of Margherita French Bread Pizza.
Make it your own with whatever toppings you love.
Mini Bagel Pizza –
Another kid favorite. These are easy to grab and so great for lots of little mouths to feed. Simple, little, perfect.
These could even be made with different varieties of bagels like everything or whole wheat. Switch up and maybe you’ll find a new favorite.
Zucchini Pizza Bites –
The healthiest of the bunch. No bread or carbs necessary for these easy pizza bites. Grab some fresh zucchini, cut into thick chunks. Saute in a frying pan for a few minutes and then top as you do the other pizzas and pop in the oven. Still ready in about 20 minutes!
I love my carbs and I don’t even miss them with these gluten-free bites.

Easy Ways to Make Pizza
Ingredients
ZUCCHINI PIZZA BITES:
- 2 large zucchini cut into 1/4-inch thick rounds
- 2 teaspoons canola oil
- Kosher salt
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1/2 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella
- 1/4 cup mini turkey pepperoni pieces optional
ENGLISH MUFFIN PIZZA:
- 4 English Muffins split
MINI BAGEL PIZZA:
- 2 Mini Bagels split
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
NAAN OR FLATBREAD PIZZA
- 1 whole Naan or Pita Bread
- 1/4 cup pizza sauce
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
FRENCH BREAD PIZZA
- 1 French Bread Baguette sliced horizontally
- 1/2 cup pizza sauce
- 1 1/4 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
TOPPINGS TO YOUR LIKING
Instructions
- Add canola oil and preheat skillet over medium-high heat. Add zucchini. Sprinkle with Kosher salt. Saute for 2 minutes on each side.
- Remove from pan and place zucchini pieces on a lined baking sheet. Spread each piece with a dollop of pizza sauce. Top with mozzarella cheese and mini pepperoni
