I’m so excited to be working with Bob’s Red Mill again. Last year I worked with them at Christmas time to share some delicious, soft sugar cookies made with egg nog. Geez, they were good but indulgent for sure.
And this time around we are talking health food. When I found out about Bob’s Red Mill nutritional boosters I couldn’t wait to give them a try.
These are packed with vitamins and minerals including probiotics and chia seeds. About a year ago I started taking probiotics and those things aren’t cheap! I’m enjoying that this gives my body what it needs right in my smoothies or shakes.
Since I love all berries this time of year but I’ve been itching to make a raspberry vanilla protein smoothie. And since you all have LOVED my mango vanilla smoothie so much, I knew it was time to give you another one. So we’re combining the deliciousness of raspberry, vanilla and this Bob’s Red Mill Nutritional Booster for a packed healthy drink enjoyed any time of the day.
Let’s go! Let’s be strong and healthy for our family. For our friends. For serving others well.
Til we meet and eat again,
