I love dips! And this one is simple and amazing. It whips up and minutes and is perfect to serve with these New Blue Diamond Almond Nut Thins. These are perfect. Light and crisp you’ll be grabbing them by the handful.
I couldn’t believe that everyone in my house loved these crackers! The boxes were gone in no time because they’re just so simple and tasty. Be sure to look for them next time you’re at the store.
This dip didn’t last long in our house. It was just too good. And I figured I’d have to share it with you. Because you deserve the best stuff that comes straight from my kitchen. I can’t keep it to myself.
And seriously friends…if I could make this for all of you to try, I would. The pictures just don’t do it enough justice. Its screams creamy, cheesy and flavorful in one delicious bowl!
Don’t delay grab yourself some Italian blend of shredded cheese, some garlic – fresh works best herb, Italian seasoning, sour cream and mayonnaise. Feel free to sub the mayonnaise with Greek yogurt or do half of each. It will save quite a few calories and you may be surprised that you don’t notice the taste difference.
Yay to saving calories, right? Then we can save them for other things like brownies bites or cookie dough pie. I do liking subbing Greek yogurt in recipes. This garlic herb cheese dip is creamy and I just simply enjoy it. It’s a favorite for me in Rotisserie Chicken Salad. But I’ve also used it in pound cake, zucchini boats and blueberry banana muffins.

Garlic Herb Cheese Dip
- 2-3 cloves garlic minced
- 1 1/4 cups shredded Italian cheese blend
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- Blue Diamond Nut Thins for dipping
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Combine all the ingredients in a small bowl. Spoon in a small greased oven safe dish.
Bake for 10-15 minutes until melted and hot. Serve with Nut thins crackers for dipping.
